Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post and should be used as a general guide only. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, delivery may take up to 14 days.

Once a tracking number has been assigned, orders cannot be amended or cancelled. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact Hypnotic Nailz immediately and prior to receiving your tracking details.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify Hypnotic Nailz within 3 days of delivery. This allows us to lodge a prompt claim with the shipping provider and work towards resolving the issue efficiently.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose your items carefully.
If you believe your product is faulty or defective, contact Hypnotic Nailz as soon as possible to discuss the issue. Items found to be damaged due to misuse or user error will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
